PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic electroconductive film capable of readily controlling a curing reaction rate of an adhesive and obtaining high reliability of conduction and adhesive force under low-temperature and low-pressure conditions. SOLUTION: This anisotropic electroconductive film is obtained by dispersing electroconductive particles into an adhesive resin composition layer. The adhesive resin composition comprises a thermosetting resin composition containing a base resin and a hindered phenol-based polymerization inhibitor.
