PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an injector by utilizing an air-lock condition of a membrane filter by providing a tube for transferring the liquid radiopharmaceutical, with the membrane filter. SOLUTION: In this liquid radiopharmaceutical injecting method and device, the injector 7 is changed by utilizing the air-lock phenomenon of the membrane filter 5 mounted on the transfer tube 4 in a case when the liquid radiopharmaceutical 2 in a reaction vessel 1 is supplied to the injector 7 through the transfer tube 4.
