PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily use ozone at any place. SOLUTION: The ozone dispenser is provided with an ozonizer 1 for generating ozone, an ozone reservoir 2 for storing the ozone generated by the ozonizer 1 and an attachment receiving base 3 to one end of which a portable attachment B is attached freely detachably and to the other end of which the reservoir 2 is connected so that the attachment B can be filled with the ozone stored in the reservoir 2 in such a state that the attachment B is attached to the base 3. A valve mechanism is arranged on the attachment B side between the attachment B and the base 3, which is opened or closed in relation to the attaching or detaching action of the attachment B with respect to the base 3, namely, is actuated so that the inside of an ozone tank 4 is communicated with the outside before the attachment B is attached to the base 3 and the tank 4 is communicated with the reservoir 2 when the attachment B is attached to the base 3 completely.
