PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon-issuing system providing a consumer with a coupon service, without using coupons and enabling the consumer to receive the issuance of the coupons anywhere and anytime, so long as a communication terminal is carried. SOLUTION: A server is provided with a coupon service information database, where coupon service information transmitted from the communication terminal of a coupon issuer is registered, a consumer information database where information regarding the conditions of the coupon service desired to be provided by the consumer transmitted from the communication terminal of the consumer is registered, a coupon service information selection means collating the information, registered in respective databases and selecting the coupon service information suited to the conditions, and a coupon-issuing means for issuing the coupons by transmitting the selected coupon service information to the communication terminal of the consumer, corresponding to transmission request signals from the communication terminal of the consumer. |
