PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business trip management system, which enables a company to automatically read cost information, such as traveling expenses occurring involved in movement of a person on a business trip and action information on-line, without imposing troubles on the person on a business trip himself and which is reliable. SOLUTION: Information on expense and relevant information are distributed via a communication network 1 from each terminal, such as a station terminal 3, an airport terminal 4 and a hotel terminal 5 being an expense occurrence destination, such as a station and hotel each time expense occurs, a server 20 of an expense payment source receives the distributed expense information and relevant information, the received expense information and relevant information are reported to the superior and persons concerned in the company via an intranet 22 within the company, and the movement situation of the person on a business trip is confirmed and settlement is made subsequently. |
