<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a service being unable to be utilized, even though booking has been made, if a ticket is left behind and cannot be presented and a user who has not made booking presents a false ticket to use the service. SOLUTION: A service use booking system is provided with a personal information registering part for receiving an input of person identification information written on a certificate of a person, after receiving a service utilization booking from a user, associating the received person in question identification information, with booking information to register the received personal information in a booking information storage part. For this reason, a ticket is not issued, and in the case of using the service, the certificate of the person in question on which the person identification information is carried is presented to decide whether the certificate carrier is the person in question, who has made booking, and service use is allowed.</p> |
