APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING OZONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone producing apparatus capable of automatically detecting the amount of liquid ozone to be stored in an ozone chamber. SOLUTION: A liquid level estimating tube 30 is inserted projectingly into the ozone chamber 9 from above. The speed of the ozone to be exhausted from the tube 30 is controlled to be constant or the pressure in the tube 30 is controlled to be equalized to that in the chamber 9. Whether the tip position of the tube 30 reaches the liquid level of the liquid ozone in the chamber 9 is detected by detecting a drop of the pressure in the tube 30 or a drop of the amount of the ozone to be exhausted from the tube 30. The liquid level of the liquid ozone can be detected by using a plurality of tubes 30, using a plurality of vertically moveable tubes 30 or watching the change in a parameter to be used when the pressure in the tube 30 is controlled.
