PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided, which is characterized in that wastewater of a car wash and a restaurant is treated efficiently, and is recycled, that necessary area is small. CONSTITUTION: First treatment tank(101) and second treatment tank(102) are buried under ground. Third treatment tank(103) is installed over ground. Treated wastewater of first treatment tank(101) overflows into second treatment tank(102), and treated wastewater of second treatment tank(102) is pulled up to third treatment tank(103) by pump(105). First treatment tank(101) and second treatment tank(102) homogenize wastewater, and separate wastewater and sediments. Third treatment tank(103) controls load of inflow wastewater uniformly. So that, wastewater quality is improved efficiently.
