PURPOSE: A mixing head of high efficiency and high pressure by dual angle injection is provided to manufacture polyurethane foam with high quality by improving the mixing efficiency in a mixing chamber by swirl and turbulent flow due to strong impingement force at horizontal and vertical dual-inclination angle of an injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A mixing head of high efficiency and high pressure by dual angle injection includes injection nozzles(4) for injecting isocyanate and polyol in a mixing head, wherein the injection nozzles are formed with a dual inclination angle in horizontal and vertical directions, so that polyol and isocyanate injected from the nozzles by a high pressure strongly impinge in a mixing chamber primarily and against an inner wall of the mixing chamber secondarily, forming first and second swirls and turbulent flow to be mixed in the mixing chamber optimally.
