PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a soft container with a cutting piece for protecting a spout mouth is provided to facilitate the pouring manipulation of liquid contents and to enable the sanitary storage of a spout. CONSTITUTION: The soft container(100) consists of a suture portion and a left non-suture portion. A specific portion corresponding to the non-sewing portion forms a spout insertion space. A cutting piece(103) containing the spout insertion space is defined by a cutting line(104). A certain space is formed under the spout insertion space and cutting line to receive a spout adhesive portion. Each of the corners of the certain space is utilized as spout fixing portions.
