PURPOSE: A herbal medicine composition having excellent immunomodulating and immunostimulating effects is provided. A food product having immunostimulating activity against various diseases such as cancer, aging or the like is also prepared by adding functional oligosaccharide such as isomalto-oligosaccharide instead of starch sugar to the above composition. CONSTITUTION: The herbal medicine composition contains 5 to 20% by weight of Astragali Radix, 5 to 20% by weight of Poria cocos, 5 to 20% by weight of Liriopis Tuber, 5 to 20% by weight of Acanthopanacis Cortex Radicis, 5 to 20% by weight of Dioscoreae Rhizoma, 5 to 20% by weight of Lycii Radicis Cortex, 5 to 20% by weight of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 5 to 20% by weight of Polygoni multiflori Radix, 2 to 20% by weight of Oldenlandiae diffusae Herba, 4 to 20% by weight of Cuscutae Semen, 4 to 20% by weight of Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, 2 to 10% by weight of Schizandrae Fructus, 4 to 15% by weight of Lentinus edodes and 0 to 15% by weight of Glycyrrhizae Radix.
