PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device having improved injection electrification wherein toner is prevented from melt-sticking on a photoreceptor even in the case of repeatedly using the device, and the occurrence of a defective image is prevented. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic device provided with at least an electrophotographic photoreceptor equipped with a photoreceptive layer and a protecting layer on a conductive supporting body, and an electrifying means which is arranged in contact with the electrophotographic photoreceptor and for electrifying the electrophotographic photoreceptor as a voltage is applied, a ratio (G'60/G'70) of the storage elastic modulus of toner for a developing means at 60 deg.C to the storage elastic modulus of toner at 70 deg.C is >=25, and an electrifying member for the electrifying means is constituted of an elastic body, and also, a speed difference is made between the electrifying member surface and the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the electrifying means is constituted of an injection electrifying means for carrying electrification promoting particles on contact surfaces between the electrifying member and the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and also, the protecting layer contains at least conductive particulates, binding resin and lubricating particles. |
