PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to obtain a music number of a new song regardless of time or place in a karaoke (orchestration without lyrics) system. SOLUTION: In the method for operating a communication karaoke system, new song list information is distributed from a radio transmitting station 2 connected with a host device 4 to be stored in a remote controller 1 along with karaoke music data distributed from the host device 4 to be stored in a karaoke machine 3. The user provides, using the remote controller 1, the karaoke machine 3 with a performance reservation remote control signal of a piece of music selected which the user selects based on the new music list information and the karaoke music data of a musical piece reserved by the karaoke machine 3 is processed to be played. |
