PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the remote warning/control of an existent transmitting/ receiving amplifier from optical transmitting master station equipment or optical transmitting slave station equipment when the amplifier is connected to the optical transmitting slave station equipment in an optical transmitter for communication for a moving object with which a radio high frequency signal is transmitted from the optical transmitting master station equipment through an optical fiber to the optical transmitting salve station equipment in a dead zone. SOLUTION: An external control output terminal 501 and an external control input terminal 502 or the like corresponding to an external control input terminal 504 and an external control output terminal 505 provided in a transmitting/ receiving amplifier 20 are provided in optical transmitting slave station equipment 12 and a monitor, and control signal can be exchanged between the optical transmitting slave station equipment 12 and the transmitting/receiving amplifier 20.
