PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curing hollow structure which minimizes deviation of a photo-curing resin due to the gravity thereof, to thereby form a predetermined shape according to an object. SOLUTION: The photo-curing hollow structure is formed of an inner bag layer 2 into which fluid is injected, a base layer 3 superposed on the periphery of the inner bag layer 2 and impregnated with the photo-curing resin, and a cover layer 4 superposed on the periphery of the base layer 3 and having translucency. When the photo- curing hollow structure is not used, the whole structure is stored in a storage bag or a case having flexibility and light blocking effect. In service, however, it is taken out of the storage bag or the case, and by injecting the fluid into the inner bag layer, the whole structure is inflated. Then, the base layer 3 is cured by direct sunlight or artificial illuminant light transmitted through the cover layer 4, whereby the hollow structure is molded into a hollow molded product of the predetermined shape. According to the photo-curing hollow structure, the base layer 3 is comprised of a composite member 9 as a reinforced fiber layer impregnated with the photo-curing resin, and a lattice net 10 superposed on the composite member 9, for preventing flow of the photo-curing resin. |
