PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a service life of a lubricating pump and improve reliability by preventing a load in turning a turning scroll from acting to the lubricating pump. SOLUTION: A backlash amountβallowed for the lubricating pump 23 is set larger than a backlash amountαallowed for a rotation preventing mechanism 17. Therefore, when the turning scroll 13 is moved with respect to a casing 1, the load from the turning scroll 13 can be received by the rotation preventing mechanism 17 having the small backlash amountα, and the lubricating pump 23 having the backlash amountβlarger than the backlash amountαof the rotation preventing mechanism 17 can be protected from the load in moving the turning scroll 13. Thus, a movable partition 23F, sliding groove 23C, and a turning piece 23D of the lubricating pump 23 can be protected from partial abrasion or galling.
