PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator cooling device for an automobile with improved cooling performance improved by increasing the volume of air flow through the radiator in idling when the engine fan rotates at low speed. SOLUTION: A shroud 16 is attached to the radiator cooling device for the automobile A to cover the core section by a cylindrical hood 14. The cooling device A is e quipped with the radiator 1 radiating heat from engine cooling water an engine fan 2 driven by the engine for travel with blade 22 confronted to an outlet port 17 of the hood 14, and an electric motor fan 3 arranged in the shroud 16 arranged between the radiator 1 and the engine fan 2 so that the rotary shaft 31 and 23 are off-set relative to each other and the blade 32 and 22 overlap each other partially. A crescent shaped opening is formed on the shroud 16 behind the blade of the fan 3.
