PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, surely, and rapidly vent air in a fuel feed system when an internal combustion engine having a return-less fuel feed system without a fuel return pipe is first started at the time of assembly and inspection in a plant. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle having the internal combustion engine 1 with the return-less fuel feed system, when ON/OFF switching a starter switch 44 is repeated specified times within a specified period before a starter is actually started to operate after a key switch 43 is turned ON, the amount of fuel injection at the time of starting is increased to first start the internal combustion engine 1 at the time of assembly and inspection in the plant requiring an air vent control for the fuel feed system ranging from a fuel tank 21 to an injector 5. By this, air in the fuel feed system of the internal combustion engine is surely and rapidly bled at the beginning of the starting to bring the starting into a start complete state in a short time. Thus, a starting time at the time of assembly and inspection of a vehicle in the plant can be shortened, and the amount of fuel injection in normal starting can be prevented from being erroneously increased in a market.
