PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane adhesive quickly reacting with moisture at the initial stage of application to develop a high adhesive force, quickly proceeding the curing thereafter to form a tough rubbery elastomer, firmly bonding to various resin sheets, flooring materials such as a panel, water-proofing materials, etc., and free from organic solvents and plasticizers. SOLUTION: The moisture-curable tacky polyurethane adhesive contains (1) an isocyanate-terminal urethane prepolymer produced by reacting a polyol at least containing a polyoxyalkylene polyol having a number-average molecular weight of 5,000-50,000 and a total unsaturation degree of <=0.05 meq/g, 2,4'- diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and optionally an organic polyisocyanate other than the above isocyanates and (2) a silicic acid ester of a polyol hydrolyzable with moisture to regenerate the polyol.
