PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an ideal ratio between a draw-out force and a pull-in force and a new method for advantageous behavior for winding up for blinds such as a joint arm sunshade, a drop arm sunshade, a sun room sunshade, a vertical sunshade, a sunshade for window or the like; which are equipped with a sunshade cloth (4): a winding-up shaft supported in a rotatable manner while forming a cloth roll (wound cloth); and a sunshade equipped with a device (5) to draw-out sunshade cloth. SOLUTION: A draw-out device (5) for tensioning the sunshade cloth (4) by a magnetic attraction which occurs between a magnet (10) and a target member (13) pulled by the magnet can be fixed until the magnetic attraction is transcended at least at a predetermined draw-out position. If an excessive load such as gust of wind occurs, the fixation can be automatically peeled off by the magnetic attraction. Also, the best ratio of forces is acquired at the time of draw-out and pull-in, and an advantageous wind-up behavior can be realized while a high stability is kept against wind.
