<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for monitoring indication of deterioration of an insulating supporter used for high-voltage electrical and apparatuses, and an insulating supporter which reduces residual charges remaining in a system line, in a short period of time. SOLUTION: An electrode 4 made of metal is arranged in one end part of an insulator which forms an insulating supporter, and a grounding electrode 5 made of metal also is arranged in the other end part. The electrode on the one end part is connected to a charging part, and the grounding electrode of the other is connected to a grounding tank 1. An insulator 10 is interposed in between the grounding electrode and the grounding tank 1, and a lead electrode 12 for electrically connecting the grounding electrode and the grounding tank is provided. By doing so, current paths for current by partial discharge, extremely minute leakage current which flows through the insulator of the insulating supporter by residual charges and high-frequency current can be specified to the lead electrode, and indication of deterioration can be captured by connecting measuring devices and sensors to that current route. In addition, the surface of the support insulator is coated with a low-resistance coating material.</p> |
