摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating fiber-reinforced plastic materials, wherein the fibers are prevented from being sucked into a decomposed gas discharge pipe so that plugging of the pipe by the fibers is prevented. SOLUTION: Waste fiber-reinforced plastic materials are crushed to form a material to be treated. The material to be treated is introduced into a thermal decomposition means 20 via an introducing means 10. The decomposition means 20 is provided with a first decomposition furnace 21 and second decomposition furnace 22. The material to be treated that is introduced into the decomposition furnace 21 is transported compulsorily by a transportation means 21b. A compulsory transportation means 29 is provided in a transportation conduit 27 connecting the decomposition furnaces 21 and 22. An opening of a decomposition gas discharge pipe 26 is provided on the top-side of the compulsory transportation means 29. The opening is located at a position with which the material is prevented from contacting. Accordingly, the treated material is prevented from being sucked through the opening into the decomposition gas discharge pipe 26. The material transported to the decomposition furnace 22 by the transportation means 29 is subjected to carbonization treatment in the furnace, and is recovered by a recovering means 50.</p>
