摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of risk such as damages to apparatuses which may occur, when a power system is closed again and automatic simultaneous-on operation is performed, an electrical shock of workers who perform fault site investigation and fault removal work, caused by a state of residual voltage being kept applied for length of time by a self-excitation phenomenon and also after separation from the power system 1, which occurs if a parallel capacitor 5 is kept connected, though the residual voltage of an induction generator 2 which comprises a wind power generating set attenuates according to a time constant determined by an internal impendence, when applied voltage vanishes. SOLUTION: A first wind power generating set 2, which directly supplies the output of a generator driven by a windmill turbine to an AC system, a second wind power generating set 6 which converts the output of a generator driven by a windmill turbine into a DC once, reconverts it into an AC after that, and supplies it to the AC system, and a controller which output a reactive power command signal to the AC-to-DC converter circuit of this second wind power generating set, to compensate reactive power necessary for operating the first wind power generating set with a reactive power component generated by the second wind power generating set, are provided, and occurrence of the self-excitation phenomenon is prevented.
