PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily manage personnel information related to a plurality of companies, organizations and employees. SOLUTION: In this personnel information management system in which each user side terminal 1 is connected to a server 2 for personnel information management processing via a network 3, the server for personnel information management processing is provided with an information managing means that is a tree structure, where information is sequentially continues in the order of information related to a plurality of companies under a master organization and information related to organization of each of the companies and stores and manages the information in database, and a means for referring to information related to a company and information related to organizations of each company, on the basis of range designation in the case of receiving the range designation of a search conditions, the company and organizations from the user side terminal, sequentially extracting processing object employees, deciding whether or not to satisfy the search conditions in each extracted employee and transmitting a list of employees, corresponding to the retrieval condition to the user side terminal. |
