PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allocating a taxi that a customer desires among a plurality of taxis extracted under retrieval conditions that the customer specifies. SOLUTION: The taxis meeting the retrieval conditions (11) that the customer specifies are extracted (21) and the contents are presented to the customer (31); and then the customer selects a taxi out of the taxis meeting the retrieval conditions and makes a request to allocate the taxi.
