PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation-control device for a mobile vehicle that enables prevention of a state that charging power required is demanded to an engine from continuing for an unnecessarily long time. SOLUTION: A traveling electric motor 4 and an auxiliary equipment DC are driven by electric power from a generator driven by an engine 2 and a battery 7. If the detection value of the state of charge of the battery 17 drops below a preset reference value, the charging power required is obtained, in such a way that the lower the detection value, the larger the charging power becomes. The operation of the engine 2 is controlled based on the information, and as a value equal to the required power of the engine 2 that is required for driving the auxiliary equipment DC, a charge-stop target value is set at a slightly lower value than the detection value, at which the charging power required is obtained. When the detection value rises and reaches the charge-stop target value, the charging power required is obtained as zero. |
