摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately conduct phase matching between a motor and an encoder, even without special inspection device and special technique. SOLUTION: The phase matching apparatus comprises three magnetic poles, consisting of 3-phase stator coils which are excited by inverters 4 having phase differences, a motor body 1 including a rotor having magnets, and a rotary encoder 6 for detecting rotating position of the rotor. After one of either the motor body 1 or rotary encoder 6 is exchanged, the rotor is stopped at the balanced position through the excitation of DC current by applying DC voltages, having a phase difference of 120 deg.C with respect to the other magnetic poles V, W when the phase of reference magnetic pole of three-phase coil is 0 degree, and moreover, the stop angle of stator is obtained with an absolute position signal of the rotary encoder 6, in order to calculate phase difference to zero- phase pulse of the encoder 6. Accordingly, this phase difference is inputted to an inverter 2 as an offset value of magnetic pole to control the motor.
