PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a coil transformer and a coil transformer which can reduce initial cutting defect of a lead by reinforcing a part to be wound on a terminal part by folding back a lead to be formed to a double line, can improve yield during component manufacturing in a component manufacturer by raising reliability even after fixed on a substrate and can improve yield by reducing component defect even in a manufacturing process of a product. SOLUTION: A plurality of metallic terminal parts 3 are provided down in a base 2 part and a lead 5 wound around a transformer body 1 is led out, wound and soldered to the terminal parts 3. A winding part of a terminal part of the lead 5 to be wound on a plurality of terminal parts 3 is wound to form a double line 5A. The lead 5 formed of the double line 5A is wound each on a plurality of the terminal parts 3. The terminal part 3 is made to pass through a dip bath for peeling coating and the terminal part 3 and the lead 5 are soldered.
