PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, miniaturized and multifunctional thunder- resistant protective device structured by plural shock absorbers, discharge gaps, and fuses. SOLUTION: In this thunder-resistant protective device stored in an insulating casing 30, plural surge absorbers S, each of which is formed by placing longitudinally rectangular electrodes 2, 3 face to face on the both front and back surfaces of a flat voltage dependent nonlinear voltage element 1 are disposed side, by side by lining them up with each thickness direction in being parallel to each other, the spring terminals 12, 22 of terminal parts 10, 20 for leading the electrodes out are welded by pressure contact on the both front and back surfaces of each surge absorber S, and an insulating sheet 40 forming the discharge gap G and a printed board 50 with the fuse are interposed in above desired pressure welded part.
