摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition, a substrate therefrom and an optical disc having highly recording density for an optical disc substrate with reduced warp of the disc by an environmental change. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition, a substrate therefrom and an optical disc having high recording density comprised a resin composition wherein at least one reflection membrane and one transparent protective layer are formed in turn on a substrate comprising a thermoplastic resin and used for molding a substrate type from which record and/or regeneration of an information signal are done by optical irradiation from the transparent protective layer side, which comprises 99.5-65 wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (component A) and 0.5-35 wt.% of a thermoplastic saturated norbornene polymer (component B) having saturated water absorption of not more than 0.05 wt.%.
