PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser module in which a method of artificially shortening the light emission point intervals of a plurality of semiconductor lasers by using a reflecting surface is realized at a low cost by an easy method suitable for mass-production. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser module includes two semiconductor lasers 5-1 and 5-2 mounted in parallel on a submount 5-4, an optical element 5-3 which has a plurality of reflecting surfaces corresponding to the respective semiconductors, and a stem 5-5 mounted with the semiconductor laser and optical element; and the optical element 5-3 has two couples of reflecting surfaces (5-3a, 5-3b) and (5-3c, 5-3d) which are neither perpendicular nor parallel to the optical axis 5-6 of the semiconductor lasers and face each other and the optical element 5-3 is mounted on the surface of the stem which is nearly perpendicular to the surface of the stem 5-5 where the submount 5-4 is mounted. |
