PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency in a method for producing a ceramics composite member. SOLUTION: The method contains a CVI(chemical vapor infiltration) treatment stage 5 where an SiC matrix layer is formed on the surface of fiber textile, and a PIP(polymer impregnation and pyrolysis) treatment stage 7 where an organic silicon polymer as a base material is impregnated into the gaps of the matrix layer. Between the CVI treatment stage 5 and the PIP treatment stage 7, a machining stage 6 where the fiber textile is subjected to machining is provided.
