PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue the communication of a radio receiver even when a fault or the like occurs in a cooling means. SOLUTION: A radio receiver 100 is provided with a first band filter 10 for extracting the signal of a first frequency band from an input signal, a cooling means 40 for cooling the first band filter 10, a heat insulating container 30 for housing the first band filter 10 and insulating heat from the outside, a second band filter 50 for extracting the signal of a second frequency band from the input signal, a first switching part 70 for selecting the first band filter 10 or the second band filter 50 to supply the input signal, and a second switching part 75 which is connected to the first band filter 10 or the second band filter 50, for selecting the output of the signal extracted by the first band filter 10 or that of the second band filter 50.
