PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for securing a rail of a rack by which the rail can be easily secured and which has rigidity. SOLUTION: A plurality of slit vertical holes 4 are formed in a vertical frame 1 in vertical direction, and insertion pieces 5 to be inserted into the vertical holes are provided at right and left ends of a rail 2. The base height L1 of the insertion piece 5 is made slightly smaller than a length L2 of the vertical hole, and a projection 5a is formed on the tip end of the insertion piece 5. After it is inserted, an engaging wall 6 to be engaged on the rear surface of the vertical frame 1 is formed on the side of a horizontal plate 2a of the projection 5a.
