PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical waveguide device, with which not only an axial ratio but also polarized wave conversion efficiency can be improved by arranging and fixing a dielectric board on a cylindrical waveguide with high position accuracy. SOLUTION: After a dielectric board 2 is inserted into a cylindrical waveguide 10 along a pair of guide grooves 11 formed on the inner peripheral wall of the cylindrical waveguide 10, the dielectric board 2 and the cylindrical waveguide 10 are fixed by using a fixing member 17. Thus, a cylindrical waveguide device 12, with which the dielectric board 2 is provided inside the cylindrical waveguide 10, is prepared.
