PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner wherein fresh air is introduced upstream of air from a heat exchanger with a mounting structure of a duct with excellent workability. SOLUTION: A wall hole 6 is provided in a wall surface of a chamber to be air-conditioned. A communication hole 15 corresponding to the wall hole 6 is provided on an installation plate 3. An air suction hole 14 corresponding to the communication hole 15 is provided in the back of a base 16 located upstream of air from a rear heat exchanger 11. Further, a duct flange 18 provided at one end of a duct 17 passing through the wall hole is mounted on a peripheral edge of the foregoing communication hole 15 having a screw hole 3a. A sealing member 19 is interposed between the installation plate 3 and the base 6 in the state of permitting communication through the communication hole 15 and the air suction hole 14.
