PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration reducing member with comfortable external appearance at a low cost that effectively reduces vibration transmitted to an exhaust system at an end part of a pipe. SOLUTION: The vibration reducing member 10 is cylindrical equipment that is attached to the rear end of the pipe 1 connected to a muffler 2 of a vehicle and suspended from the vehicle with the hanger 9a. The pipe 1 suitably curves upward and forms the hanger 9a on the curve 1a. The vibration reducing member 10 reduces vibration of the pipe 1 with its centroid eccentric to the outer peripheral side with the hanger as a center. The vibration reducing member 10 can be replaced with a muffler cutter with a weight installed in it. To arrange the centroid to the decentered downward effectively, the vibration reducing member 10 may be formed so that the lower axial length is longer than the upper length or the width of the lower part is wider than the upper part.
