PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a base-isolated pile capable of efficiently preventing breakage of the pile caused in the case of an inland earthquake, especially. SOLUTION: In the pile 1 buried in a drilled hole 2 drilled in the ground G, a shock absorbing device 3 constituting a base isolation means is arranged between the front end 1a of the pile 1 and the supporting ground Gx. In the rear end 1b of the pile 1, a footing 4 constructed into a T-shape substantially in a cross section is arranged, while in the upper end of the footing 4 stood on the ground G, a structural body W is arranged. In this construction method for a cast-in-place base-isolated pile, the drilled hole 2 is drilled by means of a drill machine in the vertical direction to reach the supporting ground Gx. Subsequently, a reinforcing bar cage 5 having the shock absorbing device 3 in the lower end is suspended and lowered down into the drilled hole 2, and concrete is placed from the lower end side of the drilled hole 2 to the upper end side through a tremie pipe 6. Consequently, the cast-in-place base-isolated pile is constructed.
