PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oil leakage caused by lubricant of a bearing despite the direction of a shaft. SOLUTION: An inclined face 114 inclined toward an oil-retaining bearing 12 side is formed around an axis of the shaft 11 held by the oil-retaining bearing 12. Lubricant crossing over a tapered part 113 and traveling over a surface of the shaft 11 is scattered from the inclined face 114 to the oil-retaining bearing 12 side by rotation of the shaft 11. By this, adhesion of droplets of the lubricant to a rotating part 21 can be properly suppressed even when the shaft 11 is protruding downward or horizontally from the oil-retaining bearing 12. As a result, the oil leakage caused by the lubricant of the oil-retaining bearing 12 can be suppressed despite the direction of the shaft 11.
