PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an attention drawing function, reduce a weight, facilitate a handling, and sufficiently develop an impact absorbing capacity in a multi-purpose mat for drawing attention in road construction sites and sports facilities. SOLUTION: Core material 2 such as polyurethane foam is stored in a water- tight coating material 3 such as rubberized cloth. The bag-like coating material 3 is made openable with a fastener 4, and a window part 6 for circulating air is formed in both side faces of the coating material 3. The outer surfaces of the window parts 6 are covered with cover members 8 preventing water from entering therein and allowing air to circulate therein. Also, light reflective tape 11 is attached to the front face of the coating material 3.
