SILVER CORE YARN, WOVEN FABRIC THEREOF AND TOWEL THEREOF

PURPOSE: A core yarn obtained by doubling silver fiber together with a common fiber and fine fiber(microfiber) is provided. Therefore, a woven fabric containing the silver core yarn imparts a desirable feeling on use without causing any irritation to the skin. CONSTITUTION: A common fiber a single yarn fineness of 0.1 to 20 denier is doubled with silver fiber having a rectangular cross section of an aspect ratio from 8 to 12:1 or a laminated body of the silver fiber and an adhesive film to make a core yarn containing silver fiber, which is woven with a common fiber to make a woven fabric containing silver core yarn. The silver fiber is a silver foil with a thickness of 6 to 12μm or a silver laminated body of the silver foil.
