PURPOSE: Provided is a disposable absorbent product containing an antibiotic deodorant which has antibiotic and deodorant effect by using silver-zeolite as an antibiotic deodorant and prevents diaper rash and offensive odor. CONSTITUTION: The disposable absorbent product comprises an absorbent core having a liquid permeable top sheet, fluff pulp, a super absorbent polymer and a tissue, and a liquid impermeable back sheet and the super absorbent polymer has a silver-zeolite of the formula: M2/n*Al2O3*xSiO2*yH2O, in which M is a metal cation selected from the group consisting of sodium, silver, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc and mixtures of two or more thereof, x is an integer of 2 to 10 and y is the number of water molecules to bind thereto, a natural number of 0 to 5, as an antibiotic deodorant. The antibiotic deodorant is used in an amount of 0.01 to 20 % by weight based on the total weight of the super absorbent polymer.
