PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform charging based on the substantial usage of an image forming device. SOLUTION: Based on an instruction inputted from an operation part 120, a control part 110 of a copying machine 100 drives a read part 130 so as to read an original, and also develops a read image in a page memory part 140. The control part 110 counts the number of dots of the developed image information, calculates the amount of the image information and holds it in an internal memory. The developed image information is transmitted to an image formation part 150, and the image is formed. When paper on which the image is formed is ejected to an ejection part 160, a paper sensor 161 detects it and informs the control part 110 of it. The control part 110 stores held information on the amount of the image information in a storage part 170 with the information from the sensor 161 as a turning point. The control part 110 calculates a charge based on the information on the amount of the image information stored in the storage part 170. |
