PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lens device capable of constituting an optical pickup having stable performance by restraining the influence of birefringence even in the case of using a plurality of resin lenses. SOLUTION: In this optical lens device equipped with two lenses, the respective two lenses have the birefringence in a specified direction on a lens surface, and are arranged so that their birefringence directions may have a specified angle. Though the respective two lenses have the birefringence in the specified direction on the lens surface, they are arranged so that their birefringence directions may have the specified angle, whereby the influence of the birefringence is reduced as a whole, and the optical lens device having excellent characteristic can be obtained. |
