PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor machine for air conditioners that can blow at a wide range of angle in upper and lower directions without decreasing cooling efficiency and blowing performance. SOLUTION: The indoor machine comprises first and second upper/lower wind direction control apparatuses 30 and 31 that support a plurality of upper/ lower wind direction plates 3 in upper and lower direction rotatably at the side of a machine front surface, and are arranged at either of the left and right ends of the indoor machine, a non-illustrated front cover that is arranged between the first and the second upper/lower wind direction control apparatuses 30 and 31 where an air suction opening is formed at the upper surface and front surface sections, a heat exchanger 2 that is arranged opposite to the inner wall surface of the front cover, and first and second blowers 1 that are arranged corresponding to the first and second pieces of upper/lower wind direction control apparatus 30 and 31 at the left and right end sections of a space section being formed by the heat exchanger 2 and blow air at the space section to the first or the second upper/lower wind direction control apparatus 30, 31 in forward drive. |
