PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic personal history system for guaranteeing protection of individual information and the originality of information. SOLUTION: An information terminal device 8 of a user 2 inputs and prepares information, such as personal history information 26 (step 201). Personal particular information (name, address, facial portrait, etc.), specifying the user 2 is not allowed to be inputted or is not disclosed. The information terminal device 8 uses a secret key A of the user 2 to attach an electronic signature 32 of the user 2 to the prepared personal history information 26 (step 202). Furthermore, an information terminal device 9 of a parent organization 3 uses a public key A of the user 2 and a secret key B of an authentication organization, to attach an electronic signature 35 of the parent organization to received information (step 203). The electronic signature is a visually recognizable marked signature with a time stamp recording to date and time, when signature is performed. The information terminal device 9 transmits to a center server 11 the personal history information 26 attached with the electronic signature (the person in question) 32 and the electronic signature (authentication organization) 35 attached thereto. The center server 11 uses the public keys A and B to detect alteration to received information (step 204) and performs registration and disclosure (step 205). |
