PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric material composition sintered at a low temperature, which has a large dielectric constant, and is able to change the temperature coefficient(TCC) of the dielectric constant in a wide range and useful for the miniaturization and the enhancement of the performance of a communication instrument using high-frequency, e.g. a portable telephone. SOLUTION: This dielectric material composition sintered at a low temperature is expressed by the formula: xRO-yTiO2 -z(aSiO2 , bPO2.5 ), wherein R is one or more elements selected from Mg, Ca Sr, and Ba; (x) is >=0.1 and <=0.7; (y) is >=0 and <=0.6; (z) is >=0.1 and <=0.8; (a) is >=0 and <=1; (b) is >=0 and <=1; a+b=1; and x+y+z=1. |
