PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric paste which is used for forming a piezoelectric film by thickness film forming technique, can be fired at <=800 deg.C and is capable of forming the piezoelectric having good polarizability and high piezoelectric properties while maintaining the ferroelectric properties possessed by the piezoelectric crystalline powder included in the piezoelectric paste. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric paste contains the piezoelectric crystalline powder like a Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 -Pb(Zn, Nb)O3 system which initiates sintering at <=800 deg.C,crystallized glass power which precipitates a Pb5 Ge3 O11 ferroelectric phase in a heat treatment process step like yPbO-(100-y)GeO2 ((y) is 50 to 80 mol%), turns to a liquid phase at a temperature and has an ability to be crystallized but is in an amorphous state and organic vehicles. |
