PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an angular sensor not being compensated precisely for temperature, even using a special temperature sensor. SOLUTION: There are provided a magnetoelectric conversion element, in which any one of a torque rod and a supporter is provided with a magnet, while the other is provided with a region acted by the magnetic line of the magnet, a constant current supply means which applies a constant current to the magnetoelectric conversion element, an output detecting means which detects the output of the magnetoelectric conversion element, a resistance value detecting means which detects the total resistance value of the magnetoelectric conversion element, and a temperature-estimating means which assumes a temperature, based on the detected entire resistance value.
