PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing health food products by using pearl material composed of calcium as a main ingredient. Therefore, the health food product allows those who take it to absorb calcium sufficiently. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing health food products comprises the steps of: separating a shell with pearl material from a shellfish; cutting the shell into a width of 5-10 mm; pressurizing the cut pieces of the shell at high temperature of 95-105 deg.C and under high humidity of 90-100% for 2-3 days then separating the pearl material therefrom; drying the pearl material then followed by sterilizing at high temperature and powdering it; and granulating the powdery pearl material. |
